The Founder's Story

For more than fifteen years, Brian Felker has helped organizations scale. Although many of those roles were anchored in Sales, Revenue, and Executive Leadership, the real work was always operational: untangling complex processes, replacing spreadsheets with systems, and aligning disjointed teams to execute against a shared objective.

He observed a consistent pattern: companies hit a growth ceiling not because their product failed, but because their internal operations collapsed under the weight of accumulated complexity. Traditional consulting firms offered bloated, episodic transformation projects that rarely delivered sustained value.

When AI fundamentally changed the economics of software and automation, it became clear that modernization could no longer be an initiative. It had to become a continuous operating discipline.
